ANTI-AGING WEEKEND 2018
Only two days to see difference and feel rejuvenated. Escape your everyday life to focus on YOU and learn about the key to stay fresh, healthy and energized. We will give you a lot of anti-aging advices and workshops but will also make you sweat! On the schedule are morning meditations, fitness, aqua gym, yoga, massages and more. This weekend we won’t consume any coffee, green or black tea, animal products, cigarettes, alcohol or any other drugs. We will keep ourselves as natural as possible.
We recommend you to stay the night, but there is an option to come back the next morning. The day starts at 7am and ends at 7pm.
